French Dog Guy

On Sunday, in Montreal, I saw this French homeless dude with 6 dogs harnessed to him. I had my hands full and I couldn't take a picture so I took a mental picture & sketched this later that day. It was so funny, he was yelling at them in French & they were all excited and pulling him in different directions
