Logan
Upon Joel's recommendation, I picked up Logan: Black & White Edition HC, by Brian Vaughan & Eduardo Risso. I really dig this book. It is GREAT . Even if you're not super impressed with the story, which I was, you will be blown away by Risso's version of Logan & World War II era Japan. You can get this book in color or B&W. With Risso's use of heavy shadow & negative space, why wouldn't you want the black & white?

I prefer comics in black and white, colour is severely over-rated.
It's why I always enjoyed the daily art to the Sundays for my Batman and Supermans.
